The average net worth of the world billionaires is estimated at US$4.1 billion, and the total net worth of the world’s wealthiest billionaires is US$9.1 trillion.

As of this year, Microsoft Boss, Bill Gates who has topped the list 18 times out of 24 lost the first position to Amazon boss, Jeff Bezos.

Jeff Bezos is now the world’s richest man for the first time and is the first centi-billionnaire to be on the list.
